I spent a bit (ok, a huge bit) of time with the fun Flickr tools at Big Huge Lab. From motivational posters to Hockney and Warhol inspired art, from fun frames to mini photo album, you can do it all. And it's free! Only high resolution prints are reserved for pro members - memberships starting at a reasonable $25 a year.
Many of the tools are also available in photo software such as Shutterfly, Adobe Photoshop, Picasa and others. But this is web-based and also allows you to pull your pictures off the Flickr site. And they offer a very cool Flickr badge (see side panel).
