James White: Beginning Operations (Sector General Novels)
I'm reading my way through the Sector General books. I do enjoy them, in a fluffy kind of way. It's a neat idea, still, and neatly done too. There are some minor annoyances (some passages are the same, verbatim, in each and every book) but on the whole, quite amusing. (***)
