I have two younger sisters. Remember commenting to my husband when our first son was born that I didn't know what to do with little boys. I still don't! :) You are so right, boys are different. They really are. And they are absolutely delightful in their own way.

And yes, I miss being able to do a little girl's hair or shop for pretty clothes. Don't miss Barbies!

I realized that Barbies just aren't so bad -- once I saw those hideous Bratz. This from the person who used to play The Poseidon Adventure and Earthquake with her Barbies. What can I say? We were overly influenced by disaster movies. I will tolerate (with gritted teeth) Barbies, but no Bratz doll will ever live in this house. Even my husband agrees and will so inform his family. I am sure they will NOT listen.

  • Pediatrics in Review
If you have access to medical papers, this is the one you have to read. This is the one that made me go "OH!". It's short and sweet, but protected.
  • Chronic nonspecific diarrhea
This short piece contains some good suggestions about dietary management of chronic non-specific diarrhea.
  • Toddler's diarrhea
    Another short overview.
  • Toddler Diarrhea - Symptoms
A good brief overview over what Toddler Diarrhea is and what not. A very good starting point.
