If you hadn't taken back the "I'm fat" comment I would've smacked you. Just sayin'. I can understand the concept of carrying around more weight than you desire, however, even though I think you are perfect. :-)

You can train for a marathon. I'm just walkin' on the treadmill (and watching HGTV while I'm doing it).

It's all about finding your pace, you know? Find an exercise that you can be comfortable with, and get used to it. By then, slowly try to push past that comfort zone. It's steady work if you wish to seek a healthier body.
