The boys had to write a limerick today. That's not an easy task, you know. But once they got going, they did a great job. I'm immortalizing all their poems, for better or worse.
There was a young boy from Moldova
who invited his German friends over.
They asked, where is that?
And they had a spat,
and agreed to meet in Cordova.
Pretty neat, eh? I only supplied the name of an obscure town in Argentina to rhyme with "Moldova". Tomorrow, we talk about the cinquain. That's an American thing, right? Because I never heard of it before. Homeschooling teaches everybody!
